FabHotel BMK Greater Kailash – Review

During our travel to Shimla & Manali from Kolkata, we spent a night at FabHotel BMK Greater Kailash. I must say that the hotel has good communication being located on the Outer Ring Road. Both the Airport & Railway Station can be easily reached from the place. Being located very close to the New Delhi Area, India Gate, Lodhi Garden, Connaught Place, Lotus Temple; all are conveniently located in this area.

The Hotel is also well maintained. Thought we saw a few poor reviews while booking, we did not face any such problems. The hotel Interior is neat and well maintained. The staffs also behaved very professionally. The toilets were also clean and supplied with essential toiletries. Overall the rooms were big in size and comfortable.

In the room in which we stayed, the cabinet was dirty and smelly – as if it was not used for a long time. And also the minibar was empty – though we did not need it, they show this as one of their amenities. They should also replace their old window type ACs, which makes a lot of noise, with the spilt types which should make the rooms even more comfortable. Their food is also tasty and when requested them to make it non-spicy they followed it rightly.

The stay for a night cost us Rs. 1400/- including breakfast – which we found reasonable considering their set up. Our overall rating will be as below;

  • Location – 4/5
  • Ambience – 4/5
  • Cleanliness – 3.5/5
  • Amenities – 3.5/5
  • Rooms – 4/5
  • Value for Money – 4/5
  • Overall – 4/5

For a short stay for business purpose, This hotel can be a very good choice.
